Want to know how fast your blackberry 8703e performs as a wireless broadband modem?
Run the VZ Access Manager, go to the options menu and select statistics.
My statistics, while at O'Hare airport, are 35.5 kpbs upload and 138.5 kbps download.
Not nearly as good as I expected - seems reminiscent of old-fashioned dial-up.
At least I have a connection!
Have you tried using a mobile phone as a tethered broadband modem?
