I recently opened my account with Zillow. In the past I had only used it for reference.
My Zillow has a neat feature where they will send you a monthly estimate of the value of your favourite properties (your home, your friends homes, homes of the rich and famous, homes you want to buy, etc...).
Unfortunately, I could only find homes that I owned in the big city. My rural home in NC doesn't seem to make the MLS cut-off.
It's a neat service.
Since we move frequently, I checked out the price histories of several homes I sold and found them to be accurate.
