When I was in the army I was in the gym almost every day sometimes more than once a day. I wanted to try and bulk back up. To track my weight I follow a few simple rules:<BR/>1. don't weigh yourself every day. once every 3 days is more than enough<BR/>2. Don't worry about silly things like shoes on or off. just be consistant. <BR/>3. Weigh yourself at the same time of the day using the same scale. <BR/>4. Make sure the scale is zeroed out properly..Meaning, when your not standing on it the number says zero. <BR/>5. What you do in the gym is not as important as what you do outside..i.e. your eating habbits.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
