However, Zillow can give you an idea.

Zillow does not cover my part of rural nC.

So, at this point, my home valuation is a year out of date and does not reflect market reality +/-. I would like to think that it has gone up, but you never know.

I don't have time now to pull comps and I don' want our local realtor thinking I'm selling - we live in too small a town - too much gossip.

Regards,
makingourwaymakingourwayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13748811641577990850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-23550078.post-85350202903254616202007-02-08T11:05:00.000-06:002007-02-08T11:05:00.000-06:00Hello Makingourway,Thanks for opening up your fina...Hello Makingourway,

Thanks for opening up your financial life for everybody to follow up on your success.
Got a quick question;
When you calculate your networth, you obviously include your house price. Where do you derive this price from? Local realestate comparable sales or from websites like zillow.com, etc?

Thanks and keep up the good work.BBiBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16572080308918399192noreply@blogger.com
